This KVKK Information Notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in relation to the processing of personal data of our clients, prospective clients and relevant persons who are located in Turkey or who apply from Turkey.
This notice explains for which purposes your personal data may be processed, with whom it may be shared, by which methods it may be collected, and your rights under the KVKK in connection with UK investment, transaction support, client referral, file preparation and related service processes carried out by NEXT UK INVESTMENT LTD.

Identity information: Name, surname, date of birth, nationality, passport information, identity information, passport copy or identity document copy.
Contact information: Phone number, e-mail address, residential address, correspondence address and communication records with us.
Proof of address information: Utility bills, bank letters, residence certificates, official institution letters or similar documents used to verify your address.
Financial information: Bank account information, bank statements, transaction records, investment amount, payment information, income information, asset information and supporting documents relating to your financial position.
Source of funds and source of wealth documents: Bank movements, sale agreements, salary or business income documents, company ownership information, dividend records, inheritance documents, investment income or other supporting documents requested within the scope of Source of Funds and Source of Wealth.
Client transaction information: Your investment or transaction request, the service you prefer, information relating to your UK investment / property / transaction file, offer requests, application history, file status, transaction notes and related correspondence.
Communication and correspondence data: E-mail correspondence, WhatsApp messages, telephone call notes, meeting notes and other communication records conducted with you.
Transaction security data: IP address, cookie records, session information, log records and security records within the scope of website use.
Unless specifically requested, we kindly ask you not to share unnecessary personal data or special category personal data that is not relevant to the transaction.

Identity documents, bank statements, proof of address documents and source of funds documents are not used for marketing purposes.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
- Processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Carrying out pre-contractual request, application and file preparation processes
- Processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations
- Processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

Explicit consent may be obtained separately, particularly for marketing, campaigns, commercial communications or other cases where explicit consent is specifically required by applicable legislation. This Information Notice does not replace an explicit consent text.
6. Environments Where Personal Data Is Stored
Your personal data and the documents submitted by you may be stored within the Google Workspace infrastructure used by NEXT UK INVESTMENT LTD, including Gmail and Google Drive.
Access to your documents is intended to be limited to persons who are involved in your file and who have access authorisation.
It is recommended that sensitive documents are not sent via WhatsApp or unsecured e-mail attachments where possible. Where appropriate, a secure document upload link may be provided to you.

Some of these third parties may process your personal data as independent data controllers within the scope of their own legal, professional or commercial obligations.
Your personal data is not sold.
8. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
NEXT UK INVESTMENT LTD is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Therefore, personal data and documents received from individuals located in Turkey may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United Kingdom.
Your personal data may also be processed abroad or shared with recipients located abroad through Google Workspace infrastructure, UK solicitors, insurance companies, property developers, construction companies, UKEY Investment LTD and other relevant service providers.
International data transfer processes will be assessed within the scope of applicable data protection legislation and the provisions of the KVKK regarding transfers abroad. Where necessary, appropriate safeguards, standard contractual clauses, explicit consent or other transfer mechanisms permitted by legislation may be used.
9. Data Security
The necessary technical and administrative measures are intended to be taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
- Use of Google Workspace corporate accounts
- Granting restricted access to client folders
- Preventing unauthorised persons from accessing files
- Sharing documents only with persons relevant to the transaction
- Using a secure document upload link where necessary
- Reducing unnecessary sharing of sensitive documents via WhatsApp or unsecured channels
- Regularly reviewing access authorisations
- Deleting, restricting access to or securely archiving documents that are no longer required
- Retaining transaction and communication records for reasonable periods
10. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and limited to the periods prescribed under applicable legislation.
- If the transaction does not proceed, application and enquiry records may be retained for 6 months
- If the transaction proceeds, client and transaction files may be retained for 5 years after the transaction is completed or after the client relationship ends
- In the event of a legal dispute, legal obligation or rights claim, the relevant data may be retained for the period necessary
- Marketing contact information may be retained until the relevant person withdraws their consent or requests that communication be stopped
- Documents that are no longer required are deleted, anonymised or securely archived
The stated periods may be updated in accordance with the company’s internal data retention policy and applicable legislation.
11. Your Rights as a Data Subject

13. Marketing and Commercial Communications
Your identity documents, passport copies, bank statements, proof of address documents and source of funds documents are not used for marketing purposes.
Where marketing, campaign, investment opportunity information or commercial electronic communications are to be sent to you, your separate explicit consent or communication permission may be obtained in accordance with applicable legislation.
